916 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 916 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 916 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 916 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
The 916 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. 916 reserves the right to close all detected duplicate accounts and place any associated balances on hold pending investigation.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your personal details should any changes occur. 916 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
Prior to processing a withdrawal, 916 may require additional identity verification. This process includes submitting a copy of your identification card or relevant documents — a standard security measure to protect your account and funds.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
All 916 platform users are required to comply with the following rules at all times while using our services:
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Not attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the systems, servers, or networks of the 916 platform.
- Not using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.
- Not spreading false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform.
- Not engaging in any form of fraud, including using another person's credit card or payment method without their authorisation.
- Not colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. 916 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 916 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are as specified in the platform's payments section. Accepted deposit methods include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers. eWallet deposits are typically processed within minutes.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed by 916. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and typically take between one to three business days.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been fully met. Full details for each bonus are stated in the respective promotion's terms.
In the event of a technical error in transaction processing, 916 will investigate and rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Users are required to report any transaction discrepancies within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
916 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. 916's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
916 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions. 916 is not liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
916 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of These Terms and Conditions
- Detected fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Failed or Invalid Payments
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Requests from legal authorities
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Should no violation be confirmed, the valid balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on the 916 platform are the exclusive property of 916 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 916.
6. Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
916 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
The 916 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 916 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Use of any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum under applicable law.
